Step-by-Step Process

  1. Once the sales contract is signed and paperwork has been processed, you will receive an e-mail welcome letter with a Spec Sheet and instructions on where to send artwork or sample materials.

  2. Gather high resolution logo, ad copy and any photos or graphics (details on Spec Sheet) and email to lisa@primewest.com. If no electronic artwork is available, please send samples (brochures, business cards, etc.) to help us design your ad.  An e-mail reminder will be sent for late or missing artwork.

  3. Your ad is designed using the artwork provided and and the instructions/drawing on the Ad Layout Form completed by your sales representative.

  4. You will receive a color proof for your approval within two weeks of receiving your artwork and layout instructions.  Please review carefully and work with the graphics team to make any necessary revisions.

  5. Upon approval, we print and mail your ad to the appropriate Sales Rep for installation.
